Pathway Group is hiring for a General Labor / Cherry Picker Operator in Charlestown, IN. This warehouse role involves order picking, material handling, and inventory support with on-the-job training for cherry picker operation.

Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and eager to learn safe operation. We offer multiple shifts with competitive hourly pay: 1st shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM at $17.25, 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM at $19.25, and 3rd shift 10:00 PM–6:30 AM at $18.75.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and not afraid of heights.
• Willingness to learn cherry picker operation through in-house training.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties.
• Pick orders and retrieve products from warehouse shelving.
• Receive in-house training to operate a cherry picker safely.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Verify inventory quantities and assist with stock organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and instructions.
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
