Job summary

Abacus Staffing in Southaven, MS is seeking a dependable Cycle Counter to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cycle counting or inventory control experience, be able to safely operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, and work a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Cycle Counting or Inventory Control experience required.
• Must be able to safely operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
• Previous warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems
• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to access and count inventory in elevated rack locations
• Verify product locations, quantities, and inventory status
• Assist with physical inventories and warehouse audits
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to identify and correct inventory issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker and be comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities
