PeopleShare by PROMAN in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring Cherry Picker Operators for a first-shift role. Earn up to $20+ per hour with weekly pay and a $1,000 sign-on bonus upon permanent hire.

This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a stable schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, in a clean, organized distribution facility. You'll safely operate cherry pickers, pull orders, use RF scanners, verify quantities, and assist with inventory, packing, staging, and loading.

Qualifications

• Previous Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker
• Pick and pull orders from elevated rack locations

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
