Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Must be punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pick, pack, ship, receive, and cycle count tasks.
• Maintain accurate picking and packing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Process day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading, returns).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during shifts.
• Adhere to safety and performance guidelines of the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
