Position Overview - Operator, Machine - OP/CP

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30PM- 11:00PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Lift, stack, and retrieve products from shelves at various heights, replenishing stock as needed.
• Verify product orders, document damages and shortages accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Transport materials safely within the warehouse, stacking or shelving according to plan.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE use, equipment inspections, and adherence to load and speed guidelines.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as order picking, packing, inventory counts, and shipment preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• At least 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, including up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends if needed.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1 year PIT experience operating Cherry Pickers.
• Experience with warehouse scan guns and WMS preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and accurate documentation abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and squatting most of the time.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling motions.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
