Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Shipping Equipment Operator to accurately pick products from designated locations in the Distribution Center and stage them for loading. You will use a cherry picker lift up to 40 ft and RF scanners to identify and relocate items, coordinating with teammates to meet daily goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift or cherry picker experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment.
• Comfortable with heights up to 40 ft.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move objects up to 250 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft.
• Utilize RF scanners to identify and locate product.
• Load staged product from storage racks onto cherry picker lift.
• Move product from lift into proper location in the loading area.
• Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goals.
