Job summary

Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is looking for Cherry Picker Operators for temp-to-hire positions. Shifts are first, 6 AM to 6 PM, with weekend work as needed. Responsibilities include safely operating stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers to move inventory across inbound and outbound operations.

No degree is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass pre-employment checks, and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-site forklift/MHE experience preferred (on-site certification training provided).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Training is available (English/Spanish/Creole).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely, including stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Move and stage inventory, load/unload trailers, and maintain throughput (~10 cartons/minute).
• Scan products to verify inventory accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift safety checks and follow 5S standards.
• Cross-train across multiple facility departments.
