Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a full-time Chemotherapy/Infusion Registered Nurse 2 for UMHC/SCCC at Lennar to deliver patient-family centered care in an outpatient setting. You will oversee nursing staff, administer chemotherapy and infusions, and adapt plans based on patient response and physician orders.

Qualifications include BSN, Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in chemotherapy infusion or critical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required.
• Valid Florida RN License, BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course, certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in chemotherapy infusion, Emergency or Critical Care Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care with evidence-based standards.
• Administer chemotherapy injections and infusions in outpatient setting.
• Assess patients, document care plans, and communicate with physicians.
• Precept new staff and supervise nursing and allied health team.
