• Candidate must hold a CPhT certification.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Order medications needed for daily center operation.
• Order supplies for the Mix Room and Nursing Station.
• Maintain accurate counts of drugs in the Nucleus dispensing unit.
• Process physician orders in the prescribed sequence.
• Prepare medications using aseptic technique and label bags or cassettes.
• Ensure correct name, drug, and strength on every bag or cassette.
• Keep a clean, safe work area; comply with OSHA PPE rules.
• Clean the vertical flow hood at end of shift.
• Fulfills duties as Licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician per AZ State Board.
• Other site tasks as requested by management.
