Role Description

We are seeking advanced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English with minimal errors.
• AI model training experience is a bonus but not required.

Compensation

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location and expertise.
• Opportunities for higher-paying projects based on performance.
• Rates vary based on skills, location, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments are also available.
