Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and analytical testing, seeks a Chemistry Tech III to join the Production Analytical Chemistry team. You will support routine analytical testing and lab operations with a safety-first mindset and strong organizational habits in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes wet chemistry techniques, equipment maintenance, and adherence to 5S practices, GMP/GLP, and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement in procedures and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting analytical labs/chemistry labs.
  • Ability to follow safety and 5S practices in a lab environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support routine analytical testing by preparing samples, initiating tests, and assisting with analysis of materials.
  • Perform basic wet chemistry analyses using conductivity, density, titrations, and pipetting.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and clean lab equipment for daily production needs.
  • Maintain a safe, organized lab environment with proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to procedures and workflows.

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and analytical testing, is seeking a Chemistry Tech III to join their team. As a Chemistry Tech III, you will be part of the Production Analytical Chemistry team supporting routine analytical testing and lab operations. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong organization and 5S habits, and the drive to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment—while continuously improving how work gets done.

What's the Job?
  • Support timely routine analytical testing by preparing samples, initiating tests, and assisting with analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
  • Perform basic wet chemistry analyses and support laboratory workflows using techniques such as conductivity (e.g., ph conductivity), density, titrations, and pipetting.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory equipment to keep testing reliable and ready for daily production needs.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient lab environment by following cleanroom-level housekeeping practices, completing safety risk assessments and inspections, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.
  • Contribute to quality and continuous improvement by supporting smooth testing operations, following safety and 5S practices, maintaining inventories/parts, and helping improve procedures and workflows.
What's Needed?
  • Associate’s degree in a science-related field (chemistry or physical/biological sciences preferred).
  • Hands-on experience supporting analytical labs/chemistry labs (3–5 years in an industrial lab setting is ideal).
  • Experience working in operations that maintain ISO 9001 or other industry quality systems (e.g., GMP/GLP, ISO 17025).
  • Ability to work safely and demonstrate proper chemical handling and disposal, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Strong organization and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance once trained.
