Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We seek advanced Chemistry experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by evaluating AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance, developing and answering Chemistry questions, and assessing AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required expertise and qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (current enrollment acceptable)
• Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors

Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required

Payment: Rates for core Chemistry expert projects range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on location, expertise, skills assessment, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs and for higher-paying research projects based on performance. For initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply, and some projects include incentive payments. Please review individual project payment terms.
