Qualifications

• Experience supervising technical specialists and junior attorneys, and working with large clients with global portfolios.
• Background (degree) in chemistry/organic chemistry, advanced degree preferred, and must be licensed to practice before the USPTO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train technical specialists and junior attorneys on patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO projects.
• Engage with large clients and manage global portfolios; collaborate with group leaders and clients.
• Lead client engagements and contribute to succession planning within the Chemical Practice Group.
