Qualifications

• 3-5 years of substantial patent litigation experience, including managing discovery, motions, depositions, witnesses, and trial support.
• Strong technical background in chemistry, organic chemistry, small molecules, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred; USPTO registration a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage fact and expert discovery, draft and argue substantive motions, take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and support trial teams; develop case strategy and conduct analysis.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to address complex IP disputes across patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Contribute to high-profile IP litigations with a focus on chemistry-driven technologies.
