Job summary

The Cardinal Health Mansfield site seeks a General Chemistry Operations Manager to lead the QC Chemistry laboratory, ensuring GMP compliance, data integrity, safety, and operational excellence. You will oversee lab operations, instrument lifecycle, CSV, CQV, LIMS, and EHS programs while driving QA and CAPA processes.

Role requires strategic planning, staff leadership, KPI-driven management, and collaboration with QA, Manufacturing, Validation, IT, and Engineering to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field; 8–12 years of experience preferred.
Strategic and operational leadership of a QC Chemistry lab.
Proven track record in GMP readiness, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead operational aspects of the Chemistry Center laboratory to ensure compliant, cost-effective execution.
Oversee laboratory systems including LIMS, CSV, CQV, and EHS programs.
Drive continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and safety, with cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure data integrity and support regulatory submissions and investigations.
