Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking an analytical chemist to support GLP studies and the production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products. The role emphasizes generating and documenting data per GLP regulations, SOPs, and study protocols.

You will work with the Product Chemistry team, troubleshoot analytical challenges, maintain instruments, and ensure timely communication of results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related science preferred.
• Two years of experience with analytical chemistry techniques; recent grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical studies and GLP certifications in support of registrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical studies including GLP certifications of various types of materials in support of registration and production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products.
• Ensure that all data are being generated and documented in a manner consistent with GLP regulations, SOPs, best practices, and study protocols.
• Processing and interpretation of analytical data, as well as ensuring high quality work. Troubleshoot and implement analytical solutions for experimental challenges as needed to ensure study requirements are met.
• Support daily operations of the analytical laboratories by maintaining the instrumentation and lab areas.
• Work closely with the Product Chemistry Laboratory Team and Product Chemistry Subject Matter Experts to efficiently perform experiments and communicate results to stakeholders according to required timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree discipline in Chemistry or a related science is preferred.
• Two years relevant work experience with analytical chemistry techniques - Recent Grads with only school lab experience are okay, too.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking, and customer focused environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate urgent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively interact with a diverse group of stakeholders and peers.
• Demonstration of the value of environmental health and safety.
