Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Chemistry Technician Intern to support the NQAC Dublin lab in performing routine sample processing and analytical assays. You will follow SOPs, document results, and work under supervision to ensure high-quality data and compliance with standards.

The internship emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and exposure to QA processes while supporting production facilities and ensuring product safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic coursework or 1-year practical relevant experience in an analytical laboratory highly preferred.
• Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science majors preferred.
• Rising junior or senior preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and prepares samples for analytical testing.
• Preps and performs routine to more complex analyses per NQAC methods.
• Reads and records results and matches sample IDs.
• Operates basic laboratory equipment (balances, pH meter, autoclave).
• Assists in QA documentation and data reporting.
• Participate in Lean Laboratory initiatives.
• Attend internal and external training programs as assigned.
