Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience in the applicable section may qualify.
• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or clinical laboratory science.
• ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) MLT or MLS eligibility required, certification preferred.
• ASCP Specialist Certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical leadership and operational coordination within the laboratory section.
• Serves as the primary resource for complex testing, quality issues, and workflow management.
• Collaborates with the Section Supervisor to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient results.
