POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: Chemistry Lab Assistant
Lab assistant responsibilities centered on assisting the science faculty with laboratory preparation and activities.
Part-time position based on semester system. This position is for the Fall 2026 semester beginning on, August 17, 2026 and ending December 14, 2026. Lab assistant positions are part-time positions of employment appointed on a per academic term basis. Therefore, your employment is limited, and there is no expectation that your association with Chattahoochee Tech will be extended beyond this term.
Prior to hiring, candidates will undergo a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle records review, and employer/professional reference verification. After initial screening, additional documentation may be requested.
