Role Description

We are seeking experienced Chemistry experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex chemistry problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
• Developing and answering chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (candidates can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Pay rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects are available based on performance. Rates may vary based on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors.
