Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
• Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (candidates can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but advantageous).

Compensation

Payment rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location and expertise. There are opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance. Rates vary based on skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Some projects include incentive payments.
