The work
You will help train and benchmark AI systems by applying expert judgment to chemistry and computational chemistry work. The projects may cover experimental chemistry, analysis, molecular simulation, and electronic structure methods.
You will explain complex scientific ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators. You will also document methods and best practices and provide recommendations that improve chemistry-focused AI models and tools.
- Design, evaluate, and critique chemistry problems, workflows, and reasoning chains used for AI benchmarking.
- Assess reaction mechanisms, synthesis planning, spectroscopy analysis, molecular simulations, and electronic structure methods.
- Review experimental protocols, simulation parameters, and scientific software configurations for accuracy and reproducibility.
- Analyze chemical, spectroscopic, and simulation data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and validation of chemistry-related AI models and tools.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including evaluating model answers, reviewing reasoning, and checking technical results. OpenTrain helps people find these projects, build a profile, and apply in one place, while specialist expertise is used to make AI outputs more accurate and reliable.
