Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry or closely related field.
• Hands-on wet-lab or extensive simulation research.
• Expertise in at least one chemistry area (organic/inorganic/physical/analytical/computational).
• Proficient in scientific communication and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, critique AI benchmarking workflows and reasoning chains in chemistry.
• Assess reaction mechanisms, synthesis planning, spectroscopy, molecular simulations and electronic structure methods.
• Review experimental protocols and simulation parameters for accuracy and reproducibility.
• Analyze chemical, spectroscopic, and simulation data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support development and validation of chemistry-related AI models and tools.
