• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and design assessments such as exams and papers.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes to inform teaching.
• Engage students with active learning, foster critical thinking, and provide office hours and mentoring.
• Adhere to university policies and accreditation requirements related to teaching responsibilities.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning.
