Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry or 18 graduate hours in chemistry from a regionally accredited institution.
• On-site teaching assignments during daytime and evening hours (face-to-face modality).
• Ability to teach Chemistry courses such as CHM 1025C and adhere to Valencia’s standards.
• Must establish Florida residency within 30 days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers instruction to students in assigned modalities (classroom, hybrid, online).
• Provides timely feedback on students' progress and evaluates outcomes.
• Prepares syllabi, attendance, final grades, and required documentation.
• Maintains information about student services and adheres to college policies.
• Engages in continuous professional development.
