Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related laboratory experience.
• Hands-on lab experience with chemical testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis and testing of samples following safety and compliance standards.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses using established procedures.
• Document calibration logs, run logs and testing records accurately and timely.
• Calibrate, maintain, and operate analytical laboratory equipment per SOPs.
• Follow SOPs and complete annual SOP reviews and quizzes.
• Manage chemical waste generated during testing and analysis.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized laboratory workspace.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Follow OSHA requirements and lab safety procedures.
• Train and mentor new hires as assigned.
• Occasionally operate a forklift as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
