  • Complete routine and non‑routine analyses using appropriate technical equipment and instruments.
  • Clean and calibrate instruments, perform basic troubleshooting, and apply contamination controls that keep laboratory operations dependable.
  • Communicate priorities, technical issues, and findings clearly across the team.
How you’ll make an impact

  • Prepare samples, test solutions, compounds, and reagents; conduct routine and non‑routine analyses; interpret and report results.
  • Utilize laboratory methods and validation
  • Support the development, validation, implementation, and improvement of chemical testing methods and protocols.
  • Instrument operation and care
  • Use appropriate analytical equipment; perform cleaning, calibration, general maintenance, and first‑line troubleshooting.
  • Quality control and contamination prevention

  • Consistently follow laboratory safety procedures and protocols and help maintain safe lab operations.
  • Utilize your problem‑solving and judgment skills
  • Investigate testing or workflow issues, evaluate information, and make sound decisions within the scope of the role.
  • Planning, accuracy, and prioritization
  • Organize work, manage competing priorities, multitask when needed, and maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work cross‑functionally, coordinate priorities, solve problems with others, and communicate findings effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Use Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools to document, communicate, and coordinate work.
