Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetic characterization, personal care, food science, chemical products, or pharmaceutical quality labs.
• Strong understanding of physicochemical testing techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical characterization of cosmetic and haircare products.
• Conduct pH, viscosity, rheology, microscopy, stability, foam, and appearance testing.
• Execute stability studies including temperature cycling, freeze-thaw, centrifugation, and long-term monitoring.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, databases, and sample traceability.
• Analyze test results, identify trends or anomalies, and prepare technical reports.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality documentation.

The candidate will perform physicochemical testing, stability studies, and laboratory measurements on cosmetic and haircare products while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with established testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical characterization of cosmetic and haircare products.
• Conduct pH, viscosity, rheology, microscopy, stability, foam, and appearance testing.
