We’re launching a new division and building a one-of-a-kind water treatment facility focused on advanced oilfield water reuse and desalination. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something built from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Hands-on water, soil, sludge, and brine analysis
• Wet chemistry and instrumental testing (pH, TDS, titrations, TOC, IC/ICP if installed)
• Support TPDES/NPDES compliance sampling and testing
• Run bench-scale testing for desalination, RO, GAC, fouling, and scaling
• Maintain defensible data and audit-ready lab records
• Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, and operations

What we’re looking for:

• BS in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
• 2+ years in water treatment, environmental labs, or oil & gas
• Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site lab environment
