The role involves coaching staff, reviewing test results, maintaining equipment, and ensuring GMP compliance, with opportunities to drive process improvements across labs and collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science (required).
• 3+ years lab experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety standards, aseptic sampling, and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to train others, multitask, and operate scientific lab equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Test incoming raw materials and finished products using GC, HPLC, and FTIR.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis and manage product releases in SAP.
• Collaborate across departments to improve lab processes and support special projects.

What We need from You:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyRequires standing, walking, reaching, and color/scent identification for testing
