Job summary

KDC-ONE in Groveport, OH, is seeking a Quality Control Lead to drive daily QC operations in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee analytical and microbiology testing, ensure compliance with cGMPs, and mentor lab staff to meet performance goals.

The role requires a chemistry degree, 3+ years in a lab, leadership, and proficiency with SAP and lab instruments such as GC, HPLC, and FTIR. You will manage investigations, prepare COAs, and support cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related science field (required).
• 3+ years of lab experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Leadership experience (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety standards, aseptic sampling, and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to train others, multitask, and operate scientific lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to improve lab processes and support projects.
