Job summary

You will lead regulatory reporting, engage with agencies, support sustainability initiatives, and help establish governance and recordkeeping standards to mitigate compliance risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in chemicals, environmental, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, battery lifecycle, recycling, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience engaging government agencies, trade associations, legislative or regulatory processes, or automotive/manufacturing supply chains.
• Regulatory analysis, technical writing, and compliance documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze federal/state laws, regulations and reporting requirements related to chemicals, PFAS, refrigerants, plastics, batteries, and EP&R programs.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory reports, registrations and notifications.
• Serve as liaison with federal/state agencies, coordinating inquiries and regulatory communications.
• Develop and maintain compliance processes, calendars, controls and record-retention practices.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews with accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory requirements across products and supply chain.
