Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or US military experience.
• Possess or able to pass exam to obtain Forklift Operators certification and demonstrate ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions in English and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to learn and operate technology‑based devices such as smart phones, tablets, computers, PLCs, operational technology equipment, etc.
• Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and or equipment used in the course of work performance
• Wear safety equipment as prescribed by company
• Comply with placarding rules when loading or unloading trucks

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage process equipment to produce blended, diluted, and manufactured final products safely and efficiently.
• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts with certification to transport product in the warehouse.
• Repackage product into proper containers for storage or shipment with correct labeling and storage per regulations.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and conduct product sampling and quality checks with lab personnel.
• Assist in inventory counting and general warehouse duties as required.
• Participate in safety program, meetings, and trainings and adhere to company policies.
