Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science required or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with wet chemical analysis, pH control, and additives is expected.
• Knowledge of plating chemistries and safe handling of hazardous materials is preferred.
• Ability to apply specs and control limits with corrective actions as needed.
• Comfort working in a controlled manufacturing environment with 5S and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and adjust plating chemical baths to meet engineering specs and control limits.
• Perform routine sampling and analytical testing and evaluate results against parameters.
• Analyze trends and execute corrective actions to protect production output and quality.
• Execute chemical make‑up, replenishment, and system maintenance for stability.
• Manage materials with traceability and support documentation for cycle counts and reclaim.
• Provide oversight during transfers, ensure safe handling, and support 5S practices.
• Document sampling, testing, adjustments, and material usage for audits.
