Job Description

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality. The role requires an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Benefits: This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose your projects and work on your schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities: Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications: A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). Must be detail-oriented and proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
