Job summary

A leading environmental services company seeks a Retain Position to assist lab and field inspectors by transporting chemical samples and maintaining an inventory system. Applicants must demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, possess a valid driver's license, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. This on-call role includes responsibilities for maintaining laboratory cleanliness and adhering to safety procedures. Must be able to work under various weather conditions and lift requirements up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven responsible work history.
• TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sample log and input data in the tracking system.
• Inventory and order drums, disposal/used oil pickup, and lab supplies.
• Transport and dispose of samples according to quality procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the laboratory.
• Report incidents or accidents as they arise.
• Work a flexible on-call schedule.
• Understand and adhere to job and safety requirements.
