Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Maplewood, MN, seeks a detail-oriented document specialist to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents and preparing reports. This full-time role requires multitasking, strong written and verbal communication, and a basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science.
• 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred.
• Experience with chemical databases preferred; possess problem solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases.
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all systems.
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation.
• Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels.
• Create and/or evaluate reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
