Position Overview:

The Chemical Receiving Coordinator verifies and processes raw material and chemical receipts following SOPs and WIs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math and reading comprehension.
• At least two years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, along with interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process inbound deliveries of chemicals and raw materials.
• Unload raw materials, stage for sampling, and perform put-aways into inventory.
• Review documentation and receive raw materials and chemicals into SAP.
• Maintain all receiving documentation per SOPs and WIs.
• Coordinate with departments to process receipts in SAP and resolve delivery issues.
• Perform SAP transactions related to raw material receiving.
• Clean and sanitize equipment used in unloading bulk tankers, including CIP and COP processes.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely, perform daily checks, and report repairs.
• Support production by staging materials for pre-weighing and compounding.
• Maintain and investigate raw material inventory in SAP.
• Comply with quality systems, FDA GMPs, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
• Keep the warehouse and receiving areas clean and organized.
• Fill in for the Chemical Warehouse Lead as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
