Brenntag is seeking a Production Operator in Wisconsin to safely handle liquid and dry chemical products, mix/blend, load/unload from trucks, tankers, and railcars, and maintain precise inventory records. The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves operating forklifts (certified), repackaging, labeling, and continual process monitoring, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or US military experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow English instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Experience in chemical operations preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Mixing/Blending/Manufacturing final products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment with certification.
• Repackage products into proper containers with correct labelling and storage.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and inventory records.
• Follow safety program, wear PPE, and ensure a safe workplace.
