Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Production Operator to support loading, manufacturing, and packaging of liquid products while following SOPs and safety protocols. Training on first shift will occur for 2–4 months, with shift premium maintained during training.

Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in manufacturing or chemical processing, basic MS Office skills, and proficient English communication. Roles offer robust benefits and multiple shift options, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in chemical processing or manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bulk products and package finished products.
• Follow SOPs for container inspection, filling, cleaning, and equipment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area and adhere to GMP/SOPs.
• Complete required logs, batch records, and inspections as assigned.

Responsibilities will vary among employees based on the area of the plant they may be working. The Production Manager or Shift Supervisor will assign any individual responsibilities that may be needed.All containers are to be inspected inside and out prior to filling. (Read and follow ContainerInspection and filling S.O.P.)All reactors are to be cleaned prior to manufacturing products. (Follow GMP SOP's for Recordkeeping and Manufacturing Equipment Cleaning and Inspection.)Prescribed safety equipment must be used and worn while filling and mixing (see Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications).Each employee is responsible for ensuring the product meets all quality standards before product leaves the production area (this includes filtering of liquid products.).All Production Department employees are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the production areas.All tank trucks must be inspected prior to loading and unloading. (Read and follow Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOP's).All paperwork must be reviewed before loading or unloading.
