Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from a US-accredited institution.
• Ability to work safely as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and perform chemical mixing while wearing a respirator.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment with good mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work in outdoor environments and rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot additive makeup operations and equipment.
• Monitor additive batches and feed tank levels to maintain supplies for CP operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot raw material unloading/loading operations and equipment.
• Monitor silo levels to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials for CP operations.
• Monitor silo levels to ensure proper level limits.
• Unload raw material trailers at the receiving dock.
• Unload raw material railcars.
• Unload additive tanker trucks.
• Perform flagman duties when moving rail cars.
• Know and understand Track Mobile and flagman training documents.
• Perform flagman duties when moving railcars.
• Operate Track Mobile during rail movements.
• Learn CP chip system basics.
