Job summary

Kelly is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to operate dry powder batch processes and material handling equipment. You will interface with product, equipment and team members in operations such as processing, packaging and related tasks, while identifying and reporting safety concerns.

The role requires 2 years of solid work experience; food or pharmaceutical processing is helpful. You must work well in a team and independently, maintain good attendance, and be able to work a 24/7

Description
The candidate's assignment will include but is not limited to safe operation of dry powder batch processes and material handling equipment. This position will be hands on manufacturing, interfacing with product, equipment, and team members in activities such as operation of chemical processes, packaging product and other operational activities as assigned. Other responsibilities include identification of and reporting of safety violations or concerns. This role requires housekeeping skills, good attendance, and teamwork. This assignment has the opportunity for fulltime placement. Must be available to work a DuPont schedule alternating from day shift to night shift.

Essential Job Functions include:

Demonstrating good safety standards, troubleshooting equipment, operating material handling equipment, chemical processes.

Qualifications:

2 years of solid work experience, food or pharmaceutical processing is helpful, basic computer skills, must work well in a team environment and independently, demonstrate good work habits (attendance, safety, housekeeping, etc.), good verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, able to wear a Pressurized Air Purifying Respirator and able to safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs during the shift.
