Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control chemical process conditions, equipment, and control systems; manage product samples and analysis.
• Perform operational tasks including field checks, equipment prep, permitting, minor maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues; support maintenance, start-ups, and shutdowns for reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections per Olin standards and regulatory compliance (safety, DOT, quality); report near misses/incidents and assist in root cause investigations.
• Work with plant teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
