Placements24 is seeking a skilled Chemical Process Technician to join the client’s operations team in Paarl. This on-site role focuses on operating and maintaining process equipment, monitoring variables, and ensuring product quality and consistency within a manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate has a National Diploma in Chemical Eng Tech or Mechanical Eng and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or related qualification in chemical engineering technology or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chemical Process Technician or similar.
• Ability to operate and maintain complex process machinery with strong safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control chemical process equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate and maintain complex process machinery.
