Job summary

The role requires a chemical engineering degree with 8+ years in a process facility, travel up to 20%, and a track record in process controls, safety, and project management. Knowledge of CAD tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and 8+ years in a process facility.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time.
• Experience in process industry/manufacturing and safety disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Promote understanding and application of safety practices.
• Optimize plant production and efficiency through improvement opportunities and constraints management.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing experts to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and safety information (P&IDs, material balances, datasheets).
• Contribute to process safety and environmental performance via PHA, MOC, and incident investigations.
• Manage capital projects from design through startup.
