Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of industrial experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or other technical trades.
• Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting on factory equipment with training.
• Willing to work with equipment repair alongside maintenance teams.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate complex chemical processes and equipment.
• Read, interpret, and follow instructions including SOPs and procedures.
• Collect and analyze samples to verify product meets requirements.
• Handle loading, unloading, transporting, storing, and staging of materials.
• Operate mobile equipment as required.
• Follow site safety procedures to prepare and operate equipment.
