Thatcher Company in Missoula, MT is hiring a Chemical Mix Operator to join our production team. The role covers all production, blending, loading and unloading of plant chemicals at the Missoula facility.

Responsibilities include producing and mixing chemicals, operating pumps and mixers, loading/unloading tanks and rail cars, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety, PPE, and teamwork are essential in this hands-on, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English well.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and containers.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate a forklift.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform light maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
