Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. You will support production and repair of aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role offers a primarily Monday–Friday schedule with night hours (10:00 PM–6:30 AM), a shift differential of $2–$4/hour, and a $500 sign-on bonus. We value detail-oriented, safety-focused, and collaborative team players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Primarily Monday‑Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
