An internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Process/Chemical Engineering Department Manager, and help them lead a high-performing team of engineers in delivering complex process design solutions for the world’s top high-tech clients. Based out of their Hillsboro, OR office, this position is remote-friendly for candidates located within Pacific or Mountain Time zones.

Your Day Includes

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and designers
• Overseeing high-purity and hygienic process system design
• Managing multi-phase engineering projects to meet goals and budgets
• Driving staff development and implementing training programs
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams for strategic planning

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of management experience with a focus on employee development
• PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months
