Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a skilled Chemical Process Engineer to design, engineer and test systems for industrial applications including nuclear-related facilities. The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical Engineering with 2–4 years of related experience, plus knowledge of safety standards (ISO/AS9100) and lean six sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with analytical method development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile Design Basis or Requirements documentation.
• Develop material and energy balances for chemical processes.
• Prepare PFDs, UFDs and P&IDs.
• Perform equipment sizing and line sizing calculations.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and support proposals.
